We’ve very pleased to announce that Can’t Cope Won’t Cope Season 2 has been nominated for a 2019 Celtic Media Festival Drama Award!

The 40th annual Celtic Media Festival awards will take place in Aviemore on 4th – 6th June 2019.

Can’t Cope Won’t Cope 2 sees Aisling and Danielle struggling with the new normality of being apart. We meet Aisling after she’s had her soul sucked out of her by small town Mallow for an entire summer. Meanwhile in Vancouver, Danielle is struggling despite having her wish for more art and less Aisling come true.

Nominees from across the UK, Ireland and Europe will compete across 23 award categories at the festival, including arts, comedy, current affairs, drama, factual, sport and radio. We’re in great company, with Irish shows and films receiving 30 nominations this year.

Can’t Cope Won’t Cope 2 was written by Stefanie Preissner, directed by Imogen Murphy and produced by Ailish McElmeel. And if you need to catch up, you can watch both seasons of Can’t Cope Won’t Cope on Netflix at the moment.
